Last night I was talking to my neighbor in the slip next to me. His cap was missing, as well as another neighbors cap, off his waste tank. We were NOT told these were taken by management from our personal property; no permission was given.
We have been camping here since fall of 2016 this is the nicest place on Norris lake... campground is nicely kept up and the staff are very friendly. Food is very good also.
One month later, I marked them down to 3 stars. Over a week ago, I noticed that one of my waste tank caps was missing from the back of my boat. We are suppose to have bi-weekly waste tank pumping.

Very nice staff, all helpful and friendly. We rented a pontoon for the week, on day 3 it quit working. They had no other pontoon available but did get one from another Marina. Basically lost 1 days rental, received no discount.
I was fairly happy with the marina when I first moved into my slip, even thought there was problems getting power to my boat for a week. It's in a beautiful, remove setting, and very peaceful. Which is still true.
I was told by Cindy that they needed to fit to the size of the waste hose to the cap, as my houseboat waste cap wasn't a standard size, which is rather odd. I asked if my tanks had been pumped; which are nearly full. I didn't get an answer.

the booking lady (cindy) at that particular dock was rude, mean,bitter & had horrible people skills! she is old & woreout on her job. she should be relieved immediatly. i will NEVER go back to that dock in particular in my life & will tell everyone i know this testimony! aside from this the lake was beautiful but Very expensive costs
This is a BAD business practice, and very inconsiderate. We still have no idea of the status as to tank pumping; no communication was ever made, which could have been quite simple; through a group email message to all the houseboat owners.
My first thought was that the guy that pumps the tank either forgot to put it on, or dropped it in the water and didn't tell me. I called to report the cap missing or stolen.
Loved the weekend! Rented cottage, ate all meals at Jimmy's place, excellent service, excellent staff, can't wait to come back!
