I was a buyer trying to buy a home that they had listed. The listing agent Emily flat out lied, saying that she would reduce her commission to sell the home. Etc. etc. Made promises that she could not keep (or was not allowed to keep per her companies policy). Promised my real estate agent things that she didn't follow through with. Had this not been the home our hearts were set on, I would have walked away. This agent told me to call her and HUNG UP on me after she denied saying the things she did in fact say. I sent screen shots to her broker and made a formal complaint and never once received an apology. Be careful listing your home with these people as they DO NOT keep their word.
