Never had problems with my service other than a few times it was down.. other than that awesome the two ladies at the office are always very helpful as well
Have used Vyve as my tv and internet provider since they began serving our area and have always received good service. Very courteous and polite employees . But I do wish you were able to call their office direct without going thru an out of area service. Not being able to call directly to the local office does seem as though they aren’t as service conscious as they could be. Just not a good impression in my opinion. But are good providers still.
If your only option where you live is Vyve, I would sooner tell you to move than to purchase it. It’s truly awful. Constant internet downtimes are what you will experience. The internet goes down at the very least once a day, for as “little” as 10 minutes to almost an hour with no service. If you’re really “fortunate,” this will happen 2-3 times a day and you will NOT be happy. Their equipment is used, and often out of date. Their technicians have answers that someone with basic tech knowledge could disprove. Their “fixes” are bandaids on bullet holes. I’m warning you, whatever you do, do not purchase internet from Vyve. It’s simply awful.
