I bought new tires there last week and got home and had a flat tire. I took my car back out here and they said it was the valve stem and they “fixed” it. I purchased the tire because I was driving to Florida that weekend. I got to NC and had a flat tire. I took it to SAMs Club and it turns out that castrol didn’t not put all the pieces back on my valve. They left a very important piece off and I was stuck in NC for 4 extra hours with a 2 year old and an 11 year old who needed to be return home at 730. They’re carelessness could have got someone killed if that tire had messed up on the interest. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

We have taken our vehicles here for years. Have never had an issue until this last visit our nephew that lives with us took his 2009 Chevy Colorado for servicing. Which means putting all fluids in the vehicle. He got the truck home and drove a few days and the transmission went out. We took it to our local mechanic, the transmission was dry. Had no fluid in it. I don't know what happened if they forgot or what but there was nothing wrong with the transmission prior to this. They cost us 3000 dollars. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their carelessness is very costly. We will not ever be back.
Awesome! Very reasonably priced! Did lots of work, on my Expedition, and did a great job, for way less then I expected! The guys there, are extremely knowledgeable and educate a customer. I love them.....they desire a raise!
