NO STARS! NEGITIVE STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION. Had to give it at least 1 to post, really!!Went inside the McDonald's hoping that face to face they would get my order right. WRONG! They didn't get all my items on the order to start with. Then when it came to the pick-up window those items were still missing and they wouldn't give me the items unless I paid again for them. The fries were barely cooked at all and the service was slow.
It took them forever to get something situated with the register in the Drive-Thru. So whenever I got up there to get my food my milkshakes all three of them or just milk they were melted! And you all know McDonald's milkshakes or $4 and something a piece for a big one. And it's been this way the last three times I've went there they need better attention to detail on the orders that are going out and the time spent on them.
Go somewhere else if you want goid well cooked food and a correct order.
Straight garbage. The sweet tea was pretty much water, the fries were cold and soggy, took 20 minutes to get my two mcdoubles, later on the drive noticed I only got one mcdouble.
My wife and I have been going here about 3 to 5 times a week for about 6 months, they usually are really fast at the drive threw and helpful. But every time we've been their within the past 2 weeks they have been rude EVERY-TIME and our order has been INCORRECT they've not offered to fix it or do anything about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just like today my wife ordered two chicken nugget happy meals, neither of them had any chicken nuggets one have eggs, and the other a piece sausage. You guys really need to get your store together.
Bathrooms were really clean. Staff was really nice. Didn't charge us for just the cone for my 15 month old.
